vBulletin vs. Joomla Questions - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have basic site build phpnuke several years ago. figure time upgrade since apparently no 1 uses phpnuke anymore , additional functionality.

my site has basic features forum, calendar, gallery, , map; of have @ least version of on new site.

however, want additional functionality, being able to:

* have mobile app (i believe taptalk used on joomla sites)

*make bulletin board software allow picture attachments directly selas site (is available in both softwares?)

* make bulletin board software allow embedding of videos (is available in both softwares?)

* install reputation or feature bulletin board software (is available in both softwares?)


i imagine captcha installed on both of them, correct?

as is, going have pay move migrate site, paying that, buying vbulletin license added expense while joomla free.
