My Plug-Ins won't load or be verified in the Effect Menu

i've tried numerous times install many effects in after effects, none of them seem work. i've put file in plug-ins sections, never appear in program. there sort of fix this?

and effects? version of ae? sounds classic case using 32bit versions in 64bit ae , naturalyl that's not going work. make sure install correct versions per vendors' instructions...
