for several months have been unable online backup/sync. message system "detecting changes" in either online storage or elements 10 on pc. nothing gets resolved. have 136 gb online, , 15 gb showing "pending" can't things sync up. please help....????!!!!
i have same problem. 128 files pending backup/sync. initiating "backup/sync now" nothing. thought might preferences issue , attempted open backup/sync preferences (in pse10) won't open. clicking "restore default settings" in preferences doesn't help; still same error message every time. it's frustrating. i'm on macbook pro running macos 10.7.4. got ideas??
