Flash Player Installation

hi there,

 

i attempting install adobe flash player.

 

i have downloaded file - http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/download/?installer=flash_player_11_for_other_browsers&os =vista&browser_type=gecko&browser_dist=firefox&d=mcafee_security_scan_plus

 

however, when click run, box closes , cannot see being done. if try run program again, says 'only single instance of application can run'.

 

if go processes on task manager, can see there cannot see installing.

 

please advise.
