AE CS6 process does not exit after quitting the application

anyone had problem? may notice afterfx.exe in windows task manager (ctrl-shift-escape) after quitting in menu.

and on system exactly? do in ae? background instance mp rendering, warp stabilizer or 3d tracker has lost connection master instance. nothing new, actually. it's not correct , expected behavior, has been reported older versions of ae well. anyway, without more info, screenshot of task manager ae running , 1 more after shutdown , on, nobody can begin take guess coming from.
