How to restrict RDS file system access?

can rds configured coldfusion server restricts file system

access directories? right rds configured, with

access can browse drives on server , not good.

i restrict rds users web root directory. thanks

are on cf 10, or earlier? there change in 10 no longer requires creation of sandboxes restrict dirs in rds (see http://blogs.coldfusion.com/post.cfm/new-way-to-add-sandbox-permissions-for-users-with-rds -access).

 

prior that, require sandboxes, , you’d use multiple user feature of cf admin define different users (for admin and/or rds) , allocate them sandbox. things vary depending on whether you’re using cf standard or enterprise/trial/developer edition.
