Expire a shopping cart by less then a hour?

is there way can make bc expire shopping cart in 30 mins?

 

i have found seting can expire shopping cart lets go down hour.

 

is there code make it. or better make shopping cart expire when user exit brower.

unfortunately minimum inventory hold time can set 1 hour no less.
