Blank page and documentation image errors - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i downloaded , installed module allmedia4joomla without problems. first setup had 8 videos test install. when went in make adjustments, disappeared when saved again.

i changed module positions , shows blank page better disappearances.

i downloaded manual. windows 7 isn't opening printed pdf. unfortunately pdf doesn't show configuration images.

any ideas how can see .chm files images figure out why getting blank page?
