Apps missing from Creative Cloud Application Manager?

i installed creative cloud application manager, don't see option of downloading premiere , after effects in application manager. thoughts why may be?

the web page creative.adobe.com/ apps shows 17 apps available download application manager shows 'all (13)', , premiere , ae 2 of ones missing ....

if have 32 bit os applications supported only on 64 bit os not going show in aam.
