Saving Video's & Settings

i loaded mp4 photoshop cs4 , edited frames.

(i'm on mac osx) 

 

now need save video file.

 

tried save video file mp4 , avi leaving detault settings alone.   no matter how saved video looks pixalated, or save smaller video size , still pixalated. 

 

i have no idea settings choose, how save  exact copy of video edits made?

do have option save_as/export mov either animation, or png codec? either of should work fine on either mac, or pc (with proper codec's installed).

 

mp4's heavily compressed, , when 1 save_as/export mp4, video re-compressed.
