adobe has blocked several of existing docs , stopped access internet because tried convert 1 pdf job application word doc daughter complete more .
before can use adobe file converter on machine instead of daughter's need unblock docs access internet ..please asap ...as it's real problem ...

the adobe exportpdf service web-based service converting pdf files word or excel , cannot enable or disable ability access internet.
could provide more detail steps you're taking , if/when error? perhaps can provide advice.
