it's design tool dynamic forms can rendered in either xml or pdf formats. comes bundled acrobat pro x. has nice features - i've used create questionnaire track progress pdsa cycle number of different types of participants. when complete , submit form, comes me email , when open it, automatically asks me if want compiled other responses received. tracks , when submitted can chase latecomers. , exports compiled date out excel or variety of other formats. saves me ton of time
