left image how want like, when publish looks image on right!!!

i see have embedded html code on page. please try duplicate page without embedded html , see if helps. also, try group 3 rectangle using menu option, object -> group.
if still face issue send .muse file , link forum topic attention muse-ts@adobe.com. if .muse file larger 20mb use filesharing service sendthisfile or adobe sendnow.
