why muse site seem "jumpy" when navigate through online , why navigation tabs larger online when view them in "muse"?

hi jcull,
i see individual menu item container increases size on mouse down active state. so, have reduce size of container on mouse down state prevent jumping.
please share screen shots of how menu items appears in muse.
