Form won't save data properly for mac user


hi there,

 

i created fillable form using acrobat pro x trial version on pc (i'm mac user no trial version mac did on pc - need see if it's going work before purchasing).

 

this form filled out group of users, saved dropbox , distributed others various locations based on data in form. form encrypted , additional features reader enabled data can saved and, if necessary, more data can added. works pc users , me on mac. there 1 other mac user , not working her. using adobe reader open file when purple bar @ top not there , other times says "click 'sign' fill out , sign form. when done can save copy clicking done signing". else bar says "please fill out followoing form. can save data typed form".

 

when fills out , saves form , when it's opened, encryption gone , fields appear empty - data there when click on field. no techy have gone on screen , can not see doing differently me. have reinstalled reader, made no difference.

 

i hoping can me,

based on description, i'd not using reader, rather preview application open, fill-in, , save form. more information issue, see: http://kb2.adobe.com/community/publishing/885/cpsid_88564.html

 

the fix install , use adobe reader. can set default pdf viewer, i'd suggest.
