Flash Player 11.3 r300 is literally killing my laptop

sometimes when i'm watching videos on youtube or other websites require flash player can't have more 2-3 tabs open before laptop goes nuts.

 

the fan starts running loud , crazy, laptop gets warm , when open task bar, cpu memory usage @ 90% or higher , file adobe flash player 11.3 r300 (it's version 262 believe) has 50 or higher under "cpu".

 

this program literally killing laptop , i'm afraid laptop break down , don't want happen.

 

my laptop used work fine ever since couple of months ago has been harder , harder keep flash programs. can't view news sites flash banners @ side because uses cpu memory.

i had similar problem few years back, running old windows xp-based pc operating (don't laugh) 250 mb of memory.  after upgraded memory 500 mb, , blew 6 years worth of dust insides of case, problems fan went away.  cpu usage still spiked 70% when watching youtube videos, ranged around 25-40%.

 

in order help, you'll have put down specs, including:

 

the brand of laptop you're using/how old is.

 

the operating system--windows xp/windows seven/whatever.

 

the amount of ram have installed.  (in way, techs can see if meet's basic system requirements newer versions of flash player.)

 

what browser you're using--firefox/ie/etc.

 

the complete version number of flash player you're using.
