i working team on large flash project academic assignment. 1 member making whole bunch of graphical buttons this, , wanted know if there way batch convert bunch (40ish) of jpeg images symbols in library. save ton of time, , if method work audio , video clips perfect.

if you're on pc, try this:
- press , hold windows key, press e (opens windows explorer window)
- navigate folder assets in it
- arrange windows can see both library , explorer window
- select assets want in library
- drag them library
probably similar work if you're on mac, start opening finder.
bridge may offer useful.
