total ungroup?

how can ungroup set of objects completely?

for example have group of 2 rectangles, group of 3 circles. make single group of these 2 groups. when ungroup 2 groups. want ungroup in such way, objects ungrouped totally without native groups. know if ungroup command again i'll want. there quicker way?

i press command-shift-g few times. fingers on keys, fan g clint eastwood.
