can me? i've been trying install neospeech voices captivate 6, keep getting error "update failed. updates not applied. please contact administrator, if wish apply updaes on machine. updates have been suppressed administrator."
this weird since have aministrator rights. right clicked on installer ran in administrator mode. still no luck. had our team log on machine administrator , try install it, still no luck. can help?
i have windows 7 32 bit. installing neospeech 6 32 bit.

very interested in solution seeing on several machines well. have had success in installing voices on 2 64-bit windows 7 machines, particular failure (and message) on 2 separate 32-bit windows xp machines.
