currently, our website has hierarchy of membership levels. admins can view everything, edit everything, etc. board members have board member access view council documents our organizations' online publications released quarterly. lastly, our standard members have access online publications.
what we'd make possible board members not view council documents, able upload documents other board members can use without going through web administrators. we're trying make website self-maintained possible without having administrators involved. currently, documents need add either board members section or members section have uploaded administrators , allocated respective sections of website.
is possible allow user this? perhaps, example, our secretary log in account, upload minutes last meeting, , other board members can view it?
