i'm not sure this, -
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/bi...erhowto/nvidia
documentation on .ubuntu.com domain.
within documentation link appears third party web site:
http://www.webupd8.org/2010/06/how-t...5-display.html
@ least me, there big graphic says "download update nvidia driver" links doubleclick.net link.
webupd8.org not appear web site under control of ubuntu, has mis-leading social engineering advertisements on it, , not trust place give accurate information on how add/upgrade ppa.
please have update documentation link site on ubuntu domain instructs users on how add ppa. or better yet, put darn instructions on binarydriverhowto page itself.
furthermore, please implement policy disallowing links third party web sites in documentation hosted on .ubuntu.com domain. that's asking social engineering exploit make distribution sad , pathetic, , makes unprofessional.
webupd8.org may people (i don't know), (and others) not under control of ubuntu should not linked ubuntu online documentation sources information.
thank time,
michael a. peters
