PSE 10 problem with CD/DVD label making

i know there must more 1 choice of layout , backround label. there more choices in ps 7, 1 choice shows up. how other choices?

that's template in pse10.

if hit "switch advanced mode" button @ lower left of editing window, can use full pse editing tools add/remove layers, change size of picture frames, etc.
