Very odd pdf behavior / really need help w this one.

when install adobe reader, pinned icons & links other programs changed shortcut adobe reader.

as un-install adobe reader, icons & program shortcuts revert.

to test installed foxit reader & worked while. it, too, mimiced adobe reader behavior.

from deduce happening when try open pdf file, no matter reader using.

i date eset nod32 program & definition files.

currently cannot read pdf file.

running win7 home premium
