UPGRADED RokNavMenu and menus are not visible - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

joomla! ver 1.5.26
roknavmenu ver 1.7.5

upgraded roknavmenu using upgrade 1.5.x. followed steps correctly , received installation successful messages (i did uninstall old 1 first).

however, menus totally gone top of site. still listed in menu manager part of end. not being displayed.

i new uninstalling , installing things. reason did upgrade site being run php 5.2 on new web host. site has plug-ins , components old , running on php 4. catching lot of errors , joomla! guru (wonderful man !) fixed of , said needed upgrade roknavmenu.

i need on because have students logging use resource material on site in morning.

with no replies came great desperation! and, turns out, taught myself how fix problem.

here did others may benefit:
1. created new menu in menu manager
2. copied previous menu items new menu.
3. created new module of type roknavmenu
4. pointed new module new menu
5. fiddled parameters until menu started showing on page - not original version there!!
6. kept fiddling until changed "fusion" , looked closer had previously. styling horribly off.
7. had fixed colors , such on original menu led me realize had fusion.css on computer.
8. uploaded right spot , voila! normal.
9. changed menu in new module point orginal 1 , still fine (so making new menu in menu manager not necessary)
