Thread: Audacious with Alsa-Backend no sound

hi.

thread title says, can't find way output sound through audacious's alsa-backend amidi plugin.

have timidity up, , running correctly can play midi file through fine.

under alsa backend configuration, have 4 timidity ports shown (1-4). after checking boxes any/all of them, i'm still unable midi playback.

please help.
