i have atheros ar5008 chipset. several others i've been having trouble wifi transfer rates ath9k driver since upgrading 11.04. none of "fixes" have worked me - have latest compat-wireless, i've updated kernel 2.6.39, i've put "options ath9k nohwcrypt=1" in /etc/modprobe.d/ath9k.conf. download speed hovers around 100 kb/s. can't watch youtube videos without them pausing every few seconds buffer.
help! know else can do? besides downgrading 10.10?
