Is it possible to restrict the type of usable comments?

when designing (dynamically creating) shared review (by inserting

javascript), possible e.g. restrict type of comment highlight , text,

but forbid other type of comment?

 

if yes, how achieve this?

the permissions on document don't have granularity specify annotations can or cannot applied, , scripting inside pdf cannot disable individual tools.

 

you scan through annotations after created (e.g. hooking willsave event) , pop alert if 'illegal' types used, that's it. comments have no event model.
