How to create file and write file (over byte)

hi,

 

i read this tutorial streaming video-on-deman on p2p network. load video file through url, , split file chunks, save in ram. if file has big size, may crash...

 

i want store data file (load url) in hard disk. , player can play file harddisk, not ram.

 

first, start load video file on url, can size of file (example 18mb), , create video file 18mb size. then, created file ingested bytes load url.

 

it similary torrent.

 

is possible ?

to save file in hard disk, u have use mprojector tool,that swf2exe tool.
