Why am I getting this message, "Error 2753 The File "lightroom.exe" is not marked for installation."

i attempted load lightroom 3 , message told me file not found. tried find installation , can't find anywhere. tried reinstall lightroom 3 , got message 5 steps installation: "error 2753 file "lightroom.exe" not marked installation." using windows uninstaller, found lightroom listed, when tried uninstall it, said didn't exist. stumped.

i using desktop pc windows vista 32 bit. have install disk , product registered.

 

message edited by: puterwrecker after doing additional research, found on google, not on first page. first of all, microsoft error.  if search on microsoft  website, error code can not found. microsoft has apparently new program called microsoft fixit center. entry on second page of google search refers microsoft fixit feature. directed microsoft site error 2753. advised download special fix problem. worked first time.
