How to create a customer page in joomla - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i need create tech support website , thought joomla , fast way so. figured out how extend user profile fields, add newsletter subscription , plan subscription options. stuck creating page registered user (customer) can view , edit his/her profile, check plan subscription details , post , review support issue/issues he/she posted (or staff posted) , check resolution status same.

is there plugin or can use? tried using k2 not sure how add in 'my page' page. shows 'moderate comments' not want. using k2 user can change profile, other options?

please help!!!.
