Adobe Media Encoder CS6 - Startup crash

i not able start adobe media encoder cs6 on mac (lion 10.7.3) - tries load , gives me "adobe media encoder cs6 quit unexpectedly"

 

this happens freshly installed web & design suite , on both of macs.

 

i re-installed flash cs6 verify - , still, no chance open it.

 

super annoying! can do?

so, able resolve based on (old) thread deals same kind of problem under cs5:

in short: delete "adobe media encoder" folder user preferences (/<username>/library/preferences/adobe media encoder).

it recreated on next startup.

 

what strange was, need provide admin password deleting folder, although i's under user prefs.

 

this should not case , suspect reason crash (folder rights issue, preventing adobe media encoder writing in it's own preferences folder)
