Thread: Renaming Multipal Folders

hi friends,
have around 150+ folders in 1 directory. contains pdf files. want give prefix no. folder not files inside. how can give prefix folders?

eg : suppose want no. 8562 want follows

old folder new folder
abc/ 8562-abc/
aabc/ 8562-aabc/
xyz/ 8562-xyz/

can't install application want on server. script me lot.
