Invoke droplet or action using AppleScript

i trying create folder action using automator , applescript image files saved specific folder opened in ps 5.1 , have ps run specific action ...

i have been trying use droplet made action ... works fine images drag , drop on droplet ... can't seem complete task via applescript ... droplet bounces once in dock, fails follow through ...

any advice or if point me reference source appreciated ...
