Accordion widget bugs

i trying learn muse doing adobe training series using kevin's koffee kart training website series.  have major issue accordion widget.

 

according pdf instructions on page 25:

 

updating accordion panel fill top tabs background images

1. select top tab of accordion widget displays 3 speed blend text.
2. click round blue arrow button open options menu. deselect option edit together. click away options menu close it.
3. click top tab twice until selection indicator displays words “text frame.” top tab's text frame selected, click fill link in control panel open fill menu. click color picker , set background fill color none, rather default dark gray color.
4. click folder icon in image section open import dialog box. navigate kevinskoffeekart folder , select image named acc-green.png.
5. open spacing panel. press , hold arrow in padding: l (left) section increase space before 3 speed blend text centered on ribbon background image tab. numeric value approximately 70.

 

now, deleting default grey colour , inserting background fill image worked wonderfully. spacing did nothing. clicking, re-clicking, 'drilling down' , did nothing.  however, isn't real problem.

 

no, real problem when try duplicate same series of actions other accordion title bars. when click off of 1 did, reverts original grey colour , loses formatting applied text.

in above picture, 3 have had background image inserted , original grey colour changed "no fill", , yet...

 

if click on ones deleted grey colour , inserted background image for, revert changes made. if click off of them, revert back. happens regardless of whether "edit together" or not.

 

this not merely issue design view. previewing or publishing not remove issue.

 

i don't know wrong, while have found muse app overall excellent, widgets not ready prime time. have had more issues widgets other stuff.

states.

 

items can respond mouse (via rollover or mouse down) and/or can active (meaning either hyperlinked current page or they're active item in collection i.e. trigger containers in composition widget, accordion, tab panel, etc.) have states.

 

when click on tab in accordion tab becomes active tab it's corresponding container open. because it's active tab it's switched display attributes of "active" state. if edit attributes of tab without changing state in states panel you're changing attribute of active state. if want/need edit attributes appearance of tab in states, need click "normal" state , edit attributes of tab. note may want clear attributes of other states using trash can icon in states panel , start you're formatting scratch in order make less confusing attributes intended applied states , intended overrides apply when item in active, roll on or mouse down state.
