Joomla System - Language Code plugin missing! - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all,

for weird reason, "system - language code" in plugins of joomla missing. don't want reinstall joomla 2.5 have done lot of work on it. there way install it?

i think thats why website has things in english though should in either french or german.

any appreciated.

languagecode plugin changes stuff in head of rendered page.

*changes language code generated html document. example of use: 1 has installed fr-fr language pack , wants search engines recognize page aimed @ french-speaking canada. add tag 'fr-ca' corresponding field 'fr-fr' resolve this.**

can't have effect on issues.
