Cell border and alignments of a table disappear on front-end - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

when make simple table (in jce editor 2.2.6, joomla 2.5.6, template ca_cloudbase2_j25 - default) , give table , cells border, cellpadding , alignment these cell settings disappear on front-end. in back-end in editor still visible.
i read lot changing code i'm new of , couldn't find clear solution this.
does know step-by-step solution this?

how mean 'disappear" ? not in source code or mean notice not changes when viewing front end ?
