Airhelp output does not support popups

hi all,

 

i'm new in using robohelp 9. company decided create using airhelp output rh9.

my idea describe gui of software using rollover-popups explain area mouse rolled over. not work anyway.

first created imagemaps around area want describe. afterwards filled in imagemap's form. entered "#" in field "hyperlink" , description in field "text popup".

in preview worked fine. in airhelp output popups not shown.  tested same generating browser based airhelp: worked! same webhelp output.

 

any ideas?

 

i using windows7.

so you're trying locally-installed air isn't supporting popups? webhelp, yes; browser-based air help, yes?
