How to upgrade PS CS5 subscription to CS6

i have yearly subscription photoshop cs5 , want upgrade cs6. steps take?

i have original purchase # , serial # sent me in email.

 

update: tried download trial of cs6 thinking use original serial #. when got download page, selected cs6 , clicked download button, product being downloaded cs5.1

please help. i'm feeling little cheated see yearly subscription $19.99 , signed @ $35 per month.
