when using creative cloud, can build ad in photoshp , sent paper publication?

 

is if have photoshop , can email psd file anyone? or have stay within "cloud"

yes, exactly.

 

with cloud, download, install , run apps locally.

 

you save work locally (or anywhere else choose - e.g. dropbox) , send via email or other method.

 

you sync cloud want sync cloud (up 20gb).

 

if don't want store in cloud don't have to. it's you.
