No video after commercial on CNN. Only "Optimizing video..."

while trying watch videos on cnn site, not able see actual video.

when click on video, forced watch 30 second comercial, works perfectly, actual selected video start.

after commercial, frame goes black, text "optimizing video..." @ bottom, sound playing perfectly.

i have tried multiple videos same result, commercial works fine actual video not.

 

i using:

windows 7 64bit

flash v11.3.300.257

ie  v9.0.8112..16421

i had same problem yesterday windows 7 64bit , ie v9.  if click on (upper right corner) @ cnn on page video on, says following , worked me though aplies macs.  sure refresh work:

a small percentage of mac users combination of adobe flash, mac os x, , video hardware may have experience. software updates adobe or apple may address issue, make sure have latest version of flash , recent updates mac os x. can temporarily fix issue doing following:

1. right click (or control-click) on video in cnn video player.
2. choose "settings..." pop-up menu.
3. uncheck box labeled "enable hardware acceleration" , click "close."
4. refresh page. if doesn't work, restart browser."
