mod_archive link display on home page - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i using joomla 1.5.26 , in order mod_archive work sef url's, had change code in helper.php file. that done , working links want display article on home page layout. want show on blog page layout. since module not have menu id field, can not assign different menu id in order show on different page layout how in heck work?
