before start looking work on transforming psd's working websites, learn of functions , features of photoshop creative suite 5.1
i learned:
ctrl + win + click on desired layer… make selection around layer
then clicked on, "refine edge"… able make perfect selection around wanted using feature.
very nice, way.
there multiple layers, merged visible ones make 1 layer.
all of stuff makes banner, @ top of page.
my question is:
can make selection around multiple layers, i.e. buttons, other pictures, etc.?!
side note question:
does document size have effect on overall size?
meaning: let's banner top 775 pixels across & maybe 450 pixels tall… that's size of image (the selected layer).
the document size laying on, 775 pixels across… but, 950 pixels tall…
will document size have effect on load time webpage?

to answer first question:
you can move multiple layers @ once, can't make selection around multiple images , move selected sections.
