i have question conversion:
one of our customers needs source files , using cs5 (not 5.5 if matters) , using cs4.
i packaged files , sent them on find out using cs4 , cannot open them. not have time or manpower go through these files , convert each one.
is there solution can provide customer can finish on own?

unless version stated in agreement should charge them save them via idml worded warning can not held responsible changes original layout.
