Thread: avahi-discover without GTK api's

hi,

trying port avahi-discover embedded device discovers services on local network. avahi-discover uses gtk.

trying write avahi-discover module without using gtk. first version of avahi-discover has gtk in it.

appreciated.

you want remove gui , make terminal application? can cause lot of trouble if complex application (replacing buttons, printing , formating text...).

believe there should text-based alternative somewhere.
