having upgraded elements 9 10, when starting elements , on opening organiser opens blank white box , takes ages load photo's, not show photo's thumbnails have hourglass symbol. out there having same problem , there way fix this.
try selecting batch of thumbnails in organizer , click menu bar: edit à update thumbnail selected items.
