Save PSD File of Social Icons to Separate PNG image files for each file

hi there - if understand inquiry correct, can accomplish using slices.

 

using slice tool (click , hold crop yool icon on tool panel ), drag slices around icons. keep perfect square, drag upper left corner of each icon holding down shift on keyboard.

 

 

after you've finished creating slices, go file > save web. dialogue box in can specify output file png in upper right hand corner.

 

 

click save. dialogue box should pop can specify output destination. make sure select "all slices" slice dropdown menu.

 

 

this generate folder entitled "images" saved wherever specified in final step. hope helps!

 

edit: if these icons separate layers, can go file > scripts > export layers files. make sure icons on own single layers (i.e. if 1 icon has multiple layers, merge them together).
