i started copy directory using nautilus. dragged , dropped directory hosted server home drive. got hung up, , wouldn't download. clicked red "stop operation" button, have lingering icon in upper panel saying still have file operations going on, though has supposedly stopped. how determine command line process named , how kill remove icon?

new window going open
select force quit application
add panel

click @ added force quit icon in panel. click t @ hat process window. process quit.
