i got my copy og photshop cs5 with the purchase of my intuos4 tablet, &made a copy as was instructed

unfortunately flash drive used got corrupted or lost file. given error 1 , told come here software back. have reg. keys , intuose disk or should bring me right page can download bundled programs chose if lose data off or pc. got virus on old pc , flash drive isntworking on new laptop. can yo cs5 photoshop , functional on lap top. thank you.
