Generate TOC with Section Markers?

it's been while since i've had setup , create toc single file long document, i'm pretty sure i've created tocs way in past. so, why won't text in section markers show in toc? possible generate toc has section marker text?

 

i'm using indesign cs5 in windows. i've got single file document i'm trying generate toc for. i've designed 16 page handbook in 1 indesign file includes cover page, toc page, , 7 "chapters".

 

i created separate sections each "chapter" , used section markers at top of master page chapter names. i've done in past single file long documents multiple chapters.

 

i've set first page of each "chapter" new section on pages panel. in numbering , section options for each page, i've checked start section, automatic page numbering, page numbering style: 1,2,3,4... , in section marker: i've put "chapter" name in text box.

 

 

i set paragraph , and character styles , used them throughout document. when set toc set correctly, including section marker style chapter names , heading style used sub headings in file. 

 

 

when insert toc, sub headings page numbers generate chapter headings section markers not generate. missing or possible include text section markers in toc? i'm sure it's worked in past. can offer solution this?

looks section markers show in toc if on document page. try manually overriding frame.
