Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have problem,
when upload template joomla upload package file

says
fatal error: allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried allocate 14395055 bytes) in c:\appserv\www\joomla\libraries\joomla\filesystem\archive\zip.php on line 284

, when upload install directory
says
error! not find joomla! xml setup file in package.
path not have valid package.

any 1 can me????

looks web server has memory limit of 32mb , during upload or unzipping stage of installation hit limit.

you need to, or web host needs to, increase memory limit in php.ini file.

check host see if can place local php.ini file in webspace required settings.
